Shanghai Handing Computer Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999. Handing primarily delivers the total management information system solutions (including software and hardware products and continued after-sales services) for the four- and five-starred hotel restaurants and medium- and high-grade catering chain groups throughout China.

| I．Handing’s development milestones: |

Handing’s predecessor is Hong Kong Handing Computer Ltd. Shanghai Office. It had offered complete NCR POS cashier management systems for retailing, hospitality and catering industries in East China and South China and accumulated a large customer base as well as many prospective users since 1994. |

In 2000, Handing rolled out EXTOUCH hotel catering management system used for the new-type touch cash register launched by NCR on the basis of Hong Kong Handing’s original product. From then on, Handing entered China’s hotel catering industry through its own product. The number of users increased quickly. |

With the fast growth of China’s catering industry and the continuous increase of management level and customer requirements, in 2005, Handing shifted its business focus to the independent development of the new software product SavorPOS, a group catering management system. |

In late 2006, Handing fulfilled the development of new product SavorPOS. This product not only meets the catering management requirements of single hotels, but also provides group management information services for large- and medium-sized catering chains, making Handing a more specialized catering information solution provider. |

Handing’s business is primarily based in Shanghai and covers the whole China, with above 75% of its business volume from the Yangtze Delta and the remaining portion from the Pearl River Delta, North China and Northeast China. Its products win a 20% market share for the high-starred hotel restaurants. Since the new product SavorPOS was rolled out at the end of 2006, customers have gradually expanded themselves towards the medium- and high-grade social group catering industry. By the end of August 2008, Handing’s customer base includes 96 high-starred hotel restaurants and social catering enterprises. Among them, 49 new users have been added since 2006. |
